No, you cannot.

No. You cannot change the name on the applicant's profile.
However, you can send an email for name change to [email protected]. You may be asked to provide a
valid means of identification for the applicant to resolve your request.
Can I change the Photograph on the applicant's profile?
Yes. Kindly ensure the size of the passport photograph is not more than 2MB and the photograph is in jpeg

I am trying to apply for my child but the previous application l did for my other child keeps showing
You can add another profile to the older child's account and use that new profile to apply for a sibling.
To add another profile, click on the Add New Applicant button located at the top right corner on the
portal.
